This Massachusetts Multiple Listing Service Access point is a virtual private network (VPN), which will allow you to log directly in to access the MLS Property Information Network data stream of over 20,000 homes for sale throughout Massachusetts. This is the same database of information that the Realtors use. This is the most current, up to date information available, updated multiple times throughout the day, and includes addresses for all properties. No pop up banners, just the data you require to make your house search more productive. A few things to take note of: (1) This is a Free
service...and provides Instant and Free Access to the MLS
database. With the link below, you may set up a "search profile" with your towns, house size, and other criteria. Once you set up your profile, all homes meeting that criteria, will be immediately displayed. If you choose, the system will send you a daily alert each morning when new listings meeting your criteria hit the market. This free e-mail service is at your option. Simple enough? When you see a home you wish to view, click the link that says E-Mail Agent or "Request a showing" In terms of showings, you're always welcome to do a "drive by" first to screen location. Also, make sure you have your mortgage pre-approval done in advance, in case it's a home you're really interested in. Typically pre-screening buyers for mortgage pre-approval is the first step a good agent should do.
